Our Engineers and Technical personnels visit the projects at construction period periodically so that monitor actual and financial progress in terms of time and cost schedule. Area of concerns and risks are determined and mitigation proposal are suggested to Owners and Lenders.

The scope of Progress Reports includes;

​

• Monitoring and reporting the construction period by periodic site visits,

• Controlling financial and physical progresses,

• Determining the possible risks (HSE and Financial etc.) or delay of the project, and suggesting the preventive measures.

• Prepering the Periodic Progress Reports.
