Scope of  Site Management includes;

​​

• The coordination of transport to the site, logistic at site as well as storage and disposal of incoming goods,

• Realization of the construction, erection, finishing and commissioning activities in line with time schedule,

• Performing daily/weekly/monthly meetings with site team, project manager, and HSE manager, and reporting accordingly,

• Continuous monitoring of daily works progress. And, inspection and testing during erection and commissioning being documented according to protocols,

• Quality checks and reporting during project completion stage.
